    Seafood recipes

    Does one have a good recipes for tuna, sword fish, mahi mahi, or chilean sea bass?

    All are pretty simple if you have a cedar plank and a BBQ? I typically get a basic seafood seasoning flavor. What I do is I take some olive oil and rub it all over the fish and then apply a good amount of seasoning. I have my BBQ set to about 350. let me cedar planks soak for about 1 hour in water and then I put them in the pit (no direct flame) for about 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. Take them out, let them sit for about 10 minutes and they are good to go!! You can do this with almost any fish, add some lime, or make a creamy avocado and mango sauce...mmmmmm!!! I hope you try this out and see if you like it!
