A simple hamburger recipe I thought of the other night, and thought it would be worth sharing.
-Beef
-Pepperoni
-Salt & Pepper
-Barbecue Sauce
-Hot Sauce
-Bacon and/or Bacon Fat
-Salsa Con Queso
-Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or any cheese you would like)
-Ketchup & Mayonnaise
First, mix the beef with shredded pepperoni; make sure the pepperoni is well spread throughout the beef, and not too clumped. Then, create the patty, and use salt and pepper on both sides; followed by a layer of barbecue sauce around the patty. Once finished with all of that, begin to preheat the pan with a spoonful of bacon fat in it, pour in the hot sauce, then the patty. Continue to cook to patty to your liking, and when ready, put a spoonful of salsa con queso on top of the patty, as well as the cheese of your choice; then let them cook with the patty for about 1 - 2 minutes. And that is it, now you just throw it on the bread or roll, with the ketchup, mayonnaise, and/or bacon!
