Sushi lovers?

Any sushi lovers here? And what's your sushi of preference? Are you more into the americanized rolls or are you into the traditional kinds? I for one love almost anything containing tuna. Finally decided to go back to a restaurant I've used to go to before the whole pandemic started, and realized just how much I missed the food. Any similar experiences from you guys?

If I had to choose one type of sushi to eat forever, I think i'd choose a traditional style smoked salmon sushi. Simple and delicious.
